Early Bird

Available from 1 August – 30 September 2026.

Regular Registration

Regular rates apply after the Early Bird period ends.

Fee Includes

Coffee break & lunch, conference materials, and Certificate of Attendance.

How to Register

Registration Guidelines

Reservation

Registration reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form together with full payment.

International Payment

International participants can complete payment in US Dollar using an accepted credit card payment method.

National Payment

Indonesian national participants and academic participants can make payment through the payment method provided by the organizer.

Official Confirmation

Upon receipt of the completed registration form and payment, the PEVC Conference Secretariat will issue an official registration confirmation by email.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations received 30 days before the conference are eligible for a 50% deduction refund.
  • Cancellations received 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
  • No-show registrations are non-refundable.
  • All approved refunds will be processed after the conference.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
