REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

01. Reservation

Registration reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form together with full payment as outlined in the Registration Form.

02. International Payment

International participants can complete the payment in US Dollar using credit card VISA/Mastercard.

03. National Payment

National participants and academics can make a payment through wire transfer.

04. Official Confirmation

Upon receipt of the completed Registration Form and payment Periklindo EV Conference Secretariat will issue an official confirmation of registration on your email.

05. Cancel & Refund

• If participants cancelled 30 days prior the day of the conference, there will be 50% deduction to the registration fee. If participants cancelled 14 days before the day of the event, there will be no refund (non-refundable). No show, no refund.
• All refunds will be made after the conference.
• Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail.
• All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
• Please refer to the following cut-off dates for cancellation.

06. Early Bird

Early Bird scheme applies to those who have registered and have settled payment by 31 May 2025. Normal rate will be applied for the registration payment after that date.
